The Brieful pipeline

Six stages. A review gate at every one.

Nothing moves forward because an AI sounded confident. Every stage produces evidence your team can inspect, correct and approve.

BRIEFBUILT
01
Map the real operation

Understand

Documents, interviews and domain knowledge become agreed processes and use cases.

Gate: You confirm the scope
02
Make the invisible visible

Specify

Every use case becomes screens, flows, traceable tests and a prototype your team can click.

Gate: You sign off the experience
03
Find the expensive gaps early

Challenge

An independent review interrogates flows, data and rules, then raises numbered clarifications.

Gate: Blockers are answered
04
Turn proof into an advantage

Win

For bidders, the same pipeline produces the compliance matrix, proposal and price sheet — with a working demo evaluators can click.

Gate: You review before submission
05
Ship against the contract

Build

The approved prototype is the UI contract; acceptance tests gate every use case and a reconcile step reports any drift.

Gate: Tests pass and you review
06
Keep the system and story aligned

Evolve

Help, training and change kits are generated from the same living specification as the software.

Gate: Every change is reviewed
In calibration, the Challenge stage found 7.5 of 10 gaps that would otherwise have surfaced after build — and fabricated none Recent deliveries span .NET on MS SQL, .NET on a Progress database, and Next.js on Postgres
WHY THE GATES MATTER

A wrong guess gets 10× more expensive at every stage.

WHAT WE DON'T CLAIM

Measured projects, not a long track record. The licensing system is production-ready, built and tested with fictional data, and not yet deployed; the event-management system is in production with real data. Not included in these builds, and scoped separately: a software bill of materials and a formal accessibility audit. Deploying into your production environment — real data, live integrations, your security review — is a human-led phase we run with you, at stage 5.

We publish what we measured. We don't round up.
