Terms of Service.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Brieful, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.

Acceptable use

Use Brieful only for lawful purposes. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload and the documents and prototypes Brieful generates for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to process and store it to operate the service.

AI-generated output

Brieful produces AI-generated drafts. We do not guarantee accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.

Domain knowledge packs

Some domain knowledge packs are generated by AI and have not been independently validated by a subject-matter expert. These are clearly labelled (for example, “AI-generated · beta”) and are provided only as a starting point. Any regulatory, compliance, or legal references they contain may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be independently verified. Packs marked “expert-verified” have been reviewed by a person, but Brieful still makes no warranty of accuracy. You remain responsible for confirming all suggestions.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, per user seat, to the payment method on file. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Adding members during a billing period adjusts your seat count and is reflected on your next invoice, charged pro rata for the days remaining in that period; the AI-usage allowance the new seat receives is prorated in the same proportion, and the full monthly allowance applies from the next renewal.

BuildAI build kits

A BuildAI build kit is licensed once per bid and priced by the number of approved requirements it contains, fixed at the moment the kit is first generated. If the scope later grows, the additional requirements are licensed at the same per-requirement rate and charged as a top-up; reducing scope does not reduce a licence already granted.

Kit licences are payable by card at the point of purchase, and the kit becomes available once payment is confirmed. Purchase orders and invoicing are available for larger engagements and are arranged as part of that engagement — contact info@brieful.ai.

Cancellation & refunds

All fees are non-refundable. Subscription payments, build-kit licence fees and top-ups are charged for access and for work product delivered immediately, and are not refundable in whole or in part — including for unused time in a billing period, unused seats, or a subscription cancelled mid-month.

You can cancel at any time from Billing in your workspace. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active for the remainder of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the remaining days.

Because a build kit is delivered in full at the moment it is generated, kit licence fees are non-refundable once the kit has been generated, whether or not it is subsequently used.

Changing plan. Moving to a higher plan takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata for the remainder of the current billing period; the AI-usage allowance it adds is prorated in the same proportion, so the credits granted match the amount charged. Moving to a lower plan takes effect at your next renewal: you keep the higher plan and its allowance for the whole period you have already paid for, and there is no charge, refund or credit for the change.

If you believe you have been billed in error — for example a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation — email info@brieful.ai within 30 days and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Availability & changes

The service is provided “as is” and may change or be unavailable at times. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
